Our Story
Our journey started when our founder Richa Hora, married for over two decades and the mother of two beautiful kids, had an epiphany.
Richa had always been a people’s person, a great listener and someone that people found comfortable opening up to. Having undergone emotional turmoil in her own life, Richa had developed a deep sense of empathy and the motivation to help people overcome emotional strife.
Then, five years ago the thought struck her. She realised that most relationships turn sour because the two partners don’t understand each other well. That’s when she decided to become a professional relationship and life coach, and Metaanoi was born.

Marriage Counseling
Marriage coaching helps couples to find answers from within through questions asked by their Coach in order to arrive at an action plan they can follow to resolve their issues.

Chakras are our energetic centers in the body. We can tune into the seven major chakras to give us signals about how we are functioning energetically, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
From Sanskrit, chakra means “wheel,” and these wheels need to be open in order to allow energy to flow through them for us to function optimally.

Inner Child Healing
Inner Child Healing, in simple words means healing the trauma caused by external environment, knowingly or unknowingly by parents, teachers, friends, siblings, relatives or any strangers, in your childhood version from the age group of 0 to 15.
The cost for 4weeks of ICH healing modality is

About EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping, is a popular form of alternative therapy that involves tapping on certain meridian points (similar to acupuncture but without needles) on the body while focusing on a specific emotion or issue.
